who needs enemies?

The pictures from New Orleans are breaking my heart. It shows so clearly what a mess this country is in: both literally and figuratively. People are begging for water and food, and the national guard isn't helping them... they're too busy doing - what? - in Iraq.

It shouldn't be this way.
