Mundane observations
1. It's bad to work east of where you live, because then you're driving into the sunrise in the morning and into the sunset in the evening. (Unless you work night shift, I guess. Then you have different problems)
2. Advanced epidemiology is:
a) really interesting
but also
b) really hard
3. There's this house I like. It has fish-head gargoyles on the front.

I love gargoyles. And there are so many buildings with gargoyles in DC. I keep meaning to take a long walk and photograph all of them and then post the pictures in an online album.
Maybe this weekend if the temperature and heat index lower a bit.
:)
I'm all for gargoyles!

I am a huge fan of polarized sunglasses. They are great for driving. I even wear them in the winter.
That was mundane reply #1.
8-)
I once saw a big book of color photos of weathered stone gargoyles. Stephen King wrote the text and maybe even took the photos.
Mala - I'm planning to get around to taking a picture of the house eventually. I'll post it here. I'd like to see your DC gargoyle album!
Lux - hmmm, good idea. Of course, now that I'm wearing glasses to drive always, I'd have to get prescription sunglasses. Life just gets complicateder and complicateder.
Scott - I think I'd like that book
and
gloc42lcac - I'm assuming this is spam, but just to be thorough I thought I'd add that neither a "Doctorate" nor a "Ph.D." guarantees the advancement of one's life - not even a bit
:P
It doesn't? Damn...
...what have I been doing all this for then?
wheee! more very random spam comments!
makes it look like I get lots of comments
