*A Korean-American co-worker went to North Korea as part of some sort of unification conference and family reunion visit. Today he showed us a slide show of the trip, which was fascinating. One slide showed a kid with a frisbee; he had brought them as gifts for the North Korean child relatives. Hence the quote, both real and based on real observation.
