OK then, how's this for a job:
There's apparently some guy who teaches the medical students how to do a rectal exam. First he explains it to them, then he's the practice patient. So he tells them how to do it, then each student takes a turn sticking their fingers up his ass... and he gives instructions: a little more to the left... there, now you've got it!
Do they advertise this job in the newspaper want ads?

That's extraodinarily messed up.
ON the one hand -- very weird. I Hope the man loves his job.
On the other, since certainly most men and a certain percentage of women will have to have one of these exams one day, wouldn't you rather have a doctor who'd, say, trained for it?
They used to use unwitting hospital patients to train the doctors... for this and for pelvic exams. So yes, I think this is a better way.
